[vtkusers] 3Dconnexion device support in VTK

Hi Sathish,

It's all my fault ! I didn't know that the driver must be started before :)
I thougth that the dll from the 3DxSoftware's installation should be copied
near the software

So I launched the driver from the start menu and everything works.
