[vtkusers] Uneven colors after the vtkButterflySubdivisionFilter

The sample code you provided works in C++. Now I need to convert i to C#,
vtkIdType doesnt seem to be available in the C# wrapper.. can i use just
'int' instead? I will let you know the result once I apply it to my real
data.
