[vtkusers] QVTKWidget error

Yes, the headers were created in the build tree. And I had to add:

INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES(${CMAKE_CURRENT_BINARY_DIR})

And now it works for the debug mode but with the release mode I get a pop-up
window. Do you have any idea where it comes from??
