Hello,

I am troubled with same case on my MFC x64 application with VTK 5.10.1, too.
( no problems with VTK 5.8.0, too )

debugger output window.....
The thread 'Win64 Thread' (0x1e50) has exited with code 0 (0x0).
PostMessage to hwnd: 00150dc0 failed with error: 00000578

My development Environment:
VTK5.10.1,
Windows7,
Visual studio 2010,
64 bit

Could anyone tell me a cause and the solution?
