[vtkusers] Using vtkImagePlaneWidget

Hello everyone,

I'm new in these vtk environment, working with Visual C++ Express 2010. Can
anyone give me an explanation on how to add these ImagePlaneWidget into a
3D volume i'm displaying from a set of slices, or how can I add any of the
widgets at all in a simple visualization app.
