[vtkusers] VTK File Format and OpenGL interaction

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a software solution to create a *.vtk file with the VTK
library from an OpenGL Scene.
I've read in the documentation the different method like vtkPolyDataMapper()
to map a VTK file to OpenGL Primitiv. 

Is there an equivalent method to map an OpenGL Scene to a VTK file or data
structure ?
