[vtkusers] Trouble building VTK and using with C++

Hello,

As u said it worked trying the examples .cpp and a Cmakelists file using
cmake to build as a project and then getting the .exe output, but still
can't make it without cmake, im working on a 3d ultrasound visualization
project and don't know well where to start it, I'm just getting into the
vtk pipeline and all of the stuff so I'd appreciate any advice on these
