[vtkusers] Set the visibility of a single cell

Hello,

I have searched for it too much, and I saw that this has been asked
before but I am confused if it is possible or not.

Actors have the method to set their visibility to on and off but
single cells do not. So, what if I have a polydata containing 10 cells
and I want to show/hide particular cells dynamically.

Not adding them to the polydata is a possible solution, but I hope
there is a simpler solution.
