[vtkusers] Fwd: pass 3D array to vtkImageReader2

Dear developper,

I have a 3D array in which image data is stored.
Can vtlkImageReader2 read this array ?
Of course file is all right, but image data is MATLAB file
which is not supported by vtk and I read it into 3D array
by Scipy/Numpy.
