[vtkusers] How to resample RT Dose Grid pixel data with respect to a CT image?

Each pixels's coordinate/location is calculated using the origin of
the image data, spacing and pixel coords in ijk. In other words, ijk
to world coordinates should be same if both have same frame of
reference.
I would strongly suggest you to use vtk built in readers or gdcm for
handling DICOM datasets to be used in vtk!
