[vtkusers] how to create/use a Lookup table for opacity/color transferfunction

Hello everyone,

I'd like to know if there's any way to create a lookup table like the one
used by vtk with differente configurations for opacity/color to use them
for rendering a volume. I'm new in these and 'd like to know if there's any
interactive way to do it, create the table with values and call it somehow
in my opacitytransferfunction or Colortransferfunction
