[vtkusers] OrientationMarkerWidget giving erros in QT+VTK

Hi all,

I've tried to add an orientation marker widget into a volume rendering im
performing using VTK + QT but everytime I open the executable it collapses.

I tried this example:
http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples/Cxx/Visualization/DisplayCoordinateAxes

It work with a vtk render window, but when I try to render it on a
qvtkwidget it just collapse my gui at start.

Any help or guide 'd be appreciated. Thx in advance.
