[vtkusers] Trimmed-down version of ActiViz

Is it possible to create a trimmed-down version of ActiViz by building VTK
and ActiViz from scratch? An application shipped with ActiViz takes some 60
MB with 60-ish dlls. My application only uses a fraction of the VTK
functionality. ActiViz refuses to run unless all the dlls are present.
