[vtkusers] creating centerlines of tubes

Hi all,

i use vtk rebuild a vessel model by surface rendering, now i want to
Skeletonization , or extract its centerline. Someone said there is a method
that is flux driven automatic centerlineExtraction,but i can't download this
paper ,only download this code souce,i understand this thesie. i was used
3dthinning method  ,now i get a .dcm picture that i don't know how to creat
a vessel skeleton tree,Another question, do you have any ideas about
skeletonization? now ,i don't know how to do ? how i am going on? i need you
help~
