[vtkusers] [Paraview] Possible vtkOBBTree bug or weirdness

Perhaps someone that was involved in the design/implementation of these
different locators can comment, but I was under the impression that the
ModifiedBSPTree was optimized/written specifically for line intersections,
while some of the other locators were optimized for different things. I
started to look at this a while back:

but I never combined them so I could really compare the timings. Sounds
like a winter project...
