[vtkusers] How to update Insight and VTK

Thanks for your reply Darshan,

I do not understant, What you exactly meant by pulling it?
Originally, I downloaded the whole source packages to my PC and built them
using Cmake. So the folder names are *InsightToolkit-3.20.0,
InsightApplications-3.20.0
and VTK. *

Now, should I download the latest versions to a different folders? Because
they will have new folder names. Is there a way of getting the latest
version into the current folders?
