[vtkusers] How to reconstruct the 3D volume of tissue of interest

Hi, VTKusers,

    I want draw the outline of tissue of interest in each slice dicom
image, then reconstruct the 3D volume of tissue of interest.
    How can i achieve this function? which existing classes can i use?
