[vtkusers] vtkImagePlaneWidget in QVTKWidget

i run my application in debug mode, but the dlls of vtk were debug mode too.

Is there any chance you compiled vtk or Qt in release mode and now are
trying to run your application in debug mode? Remember that with
Visual Studio your entire application and all dlls must be in Debug or
Release you can not mix and match the two.
