[vtkusers] Help for sampling of polydata

Hi David,
thank you for the correction.

But actually, my suggestion *works* with a 3d surface which has generated
by points as Rong described.
and the output surface was awesome ...
The tolerance reduces number of triangles (and points of course) ...
