[vtkusers] Reduce vtk DLLs size

Hi everyone,

I am just wondering is it possible to reduce the size of vtk dlls built. I
have built my dlls with "MinSizeRel" flag in cmake.

Still the size of dlls come around 200 MB. Is it possible to reduce the
size of these dlls with any additional flags during the "make" step.
