[vtkusers] Append two vtkGlyphSources in one single source connection

I haven't tried this out , but you can try this .
Since vtkGlyphSource2d returns a vtkPolyData , why not use an
vtkAppendPolyData and combine the outputs from the two sources together and
then set it to the SourceConnection .

I think that should work .
