[vtkusers] Trouble compiling R with VTK

I downloaded the Stat R binary for Windows from their website . I am trying
to include the R into the VTK installation.

But I am getting an error
R.dll: Invalid or corrupt file . Cannot read 0x330 .

I am trying to compile VTK in VS 2010 .

ANyone aware of what is wrong
