[vtkusers] vtkImageReslice memory leak problem

hi David,

The program uses VTK 5.8.0 and Qt4.8, built on Visual Studio 2010 as 32 bit
release, running on Windows 7 64bit.

I use a clean environment with out Qt and test the vtkImageReslice class,
figuring out the memory leak problem is not vtkImageReslice class .

I guess the memory leak problem related with QVtkwidget , but I am not sure
.
