[vtkusers] Dicom Header File

Thank you sir for replaying my post.

I had read about GDCM but what  they said that the DICOM reader out put is
not the same as the vtkdicomreader so am sacerd of it and by the way can
gdcm give you access to DICOM pixel data coz i need to have this data put it
in to an othere structur IplImage from opencv so i can préforme some
segemntation and Preprocessing ?
