[vtkusers] failed to compile vtk-5.8.0 on Fedora 13. pls help

Shouldn't this be considered an error and be submitted as a bug?  If
VTK_USE_VIEWS requires VTK_USE_INFOVIS, then having VTK_USE_INFOVIS off
with VTK_USE_VIEWS on should give a warning/error at configuration time,
correct?
