[vtkusers] Update the data in vtk xy chart

First ClearPlots()
then use AddPlot() to add the new lines like
vtkPlot *line = this->chart->AddPlot(vtkChart::LINE);
line->SetInput(table, 0, 1);
table contains your new value.
Then Render()
