[vtkusers] How to get the progress of vtkDynamic2DLabelMapper?

Hello,

I am using vtkDynamic2DLabelMapper to display values of lines. Since it
takes a lot of time initially, I tried to get the progress and check using
the same logic as mentioned in this example

http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples/Cxx/Utilities/FilterProgress

But on using this, it is showing 0.0 only till the process is completed.
How to get the progress of this mapper?
