[vtkusers] error LNK1181: cannot open input file '..\..\bin\Release\vtksys.lib'

yes ,i try to rebuild again  and the same errors appears;
about cmake i let default values inchanged:just i set the vtk_data_root and
the cmake_install_prefix; i have also build_shared_libs:OFF
