[vtkusers] Wrong colour mapping on 1d cells with InterpolateScalarsBeforeMappingOn()

Hi,

1d cells are not colour mapped correctly with InterpolateScalarsBeforeMappingOn(). In the 2nd image they appear as a black line, not the colour of the 2d cells to the left and right despite having the same scalar values. The 1d cells are shown correctly when this switch is off (1st image).

If the 1d cell actor colour is set to white before the colour mapping, the correct colours are shown.

This is a problem in vtk 5.8.0 (5.4.2 also). Can anyone suggest where to start investigating?

Thanks for your help.

John.
