[vtkusers] projection function

Dear all,

I'm trying to project a point from a non-orthogonal space into an
orthogonal space. Is there any function in vtk can do this?

If there is no available functions, can you tell me the theory of
performing such a projection? Or at least where I can find the theory of
such a projection?
