[vtkusers] VTK 2D Control Points example

@Jothy: I have not used vtk charts for this purpose, because I could not
find ant example with control points.
My requirement is to display control points in x,y coordinates so the user
can change the points as he wants. Is there
any way to do this with vtk charts?
