[vtkusers] vtkCallbackCommand in ActiveViz

Sorry for using German, I thought you sent a private mail.

This is somewhat in the breeding state. VTK will do the processing, such as
hull generation from raw MRI data, smoothing surfaces, with ITK doing the
matching between two different types of MRI: a low resolution concentration
scan, and a high resolution volume scan. Data are exported in some file
format three.js can read. The HTML-plots will be used for online-discussion
in multi-center studies.
