[vtkusers] Draw a 2D cross on vtkImageActor

Hi all,

How to draw a 2D cross on vtkImageActor? I am using C#, so I cannot use
OpenGL drawing functionality to draw cross directly.

I found vtkPointHandleRepresentation2D might be help. But do not find how to
add it to vtkRenderer.
