[vtkusers] error while building vtk.sln for vtk5.10

Hello everyone,

I would like to upgrade my existing vtk 4.8 to vtk 5.10. I used CMake to
configure and generate the files. When I  build the vtk.sln with visual
studio 2008, I got errors like "definition of dllimport function not
allowed".

I dont think I had this problem when I build my vtk.sln the last time.
