[vtkusers] How to get 'connected' neighbors of polydata point within radius

I have one more question, I asked this question because I will implement
kind of mesh-convolution filter (averaged gaussian on  neighbourhood with
different radius) , only to be sure, has vtk some convolution oriented
class for polydata ?
