[vtkusers] DICOM images

My program is compiled in release mode and all my dlls are release too. All
my VTK libraries are built in release and I'm programming with NetBeans
which it has QtDesigner. With left click on my QVTKWidget, it supposed to
rotate the image, in this example it crush.
