[vtkusers] QVTKRenderWindowInteractor rendering inside PySide application

Hi,

The code in [1] doesn't display the renderer properly. However, if you
comment the line 49:

    grid_layout.addWidget(axial_view)

the rendering works. It seems that rendering the widget inside a main
window (or inside any other widget?) doesn't work. It works only when
rendering occurs in its own window Am I missing something or is this a
bug?

Tested with Python 2.7.2, VTK 5.10 and PySide 1.1.1
