Haha,

you can use the June 2010 release, but then you must install the Microsoft
SDK 7.1 to get ddraw.h. ;-)
add the path to the sdk to your include paths.

Please stay tuned, I'm currently in the middle of a new vtk build.
I will inform your about my progresses or miscarriages.
