[vtkusers] what's the difference between actor 's position and sphere 's center ?

Thanks a lot Jochen !
It works quite well. it's quite fast, similar to the performance of actor's
SetPosition(): around 0.001~0.002 ms/sphere under intel Core i7 2Ghz, Ram
4G, windows 7.

This is really what I have wanted. 

I bet this will be very helpful to many people. why don't you add this
example into vtk example folder ?
