[vtkusers] what's the difference between actor 's position and sphere 's center ?

It's the reason I wonder why. weirdly, the results are not same.  
I tested many different methods. however result is always same. hmmmmm....

do you have any guess ? what about the coordinates frame ? is it always same
?
