[vtkusers] Problem with vtkPolyDataToImageStencil

It seems that you are using VTK 5.8.  You should update to VTK 5.10 if
possible, or if not, you can just grab the vtkPolyDataToImageStencil
code from VTK 5.10 (the .cxx and the .h).
