Hello
I have 3 channels of 16 bit mircroscopy data and i would like to render it
in 3d so that where i have signal in multiple channels in one xyz location
the resulting Pixel will be a blend much like rgb mixture. This works with a
workaround loading png files with alpha channel and switching indipendent
components off.
but when i load the 3 channels as separate tiffs and try to adjust the LUT
and TF the result is a volume with only three colors.
Can somebody help ?
Thanks J-P
