[vtkusers] Gdcm + Vtk wrapping in Windows.

Dear vtkusers,
         I have made a simple tool using java wrapped vtk and gdcm which
visualizes the dicom volumes. All the development I have done is in Ubuntu.
My requirement is to deploy it in 64 bit windows system.

1) Are there any pre-compiled .jar files available for both vtk and gdcm
for windows 64bit? or Do I have to compile the source code ?
2) If I have to build the source can minGW or Visual studio do this? and
Which one is better?

Any help/suggestions are appreciated.
