[vtkusers] Slicing question

I'm wondering what filter I would use to look inside a box. 

To explain, if I have a couple of unstructured grids, one a thin walled box with a second smaller box on the inside. 

I want to have the ability to create a plane that acts like a knife and removes the front of the actor to look inside the box, so I can see the internal box, while seeing the inner structure of the larger external box. 

Is there a way to do this in VTK?

Hoping I have described this effectively.
