[vtkusers] vtkChartXY simple way to add Point with specific color

Hey, 

is there any simple way way to add a point to vtkChartXY? Lets say
vtkChartXY already contains a certain number of points colored in blue, now
I want to add a new point and take another pen color for this single point
only (or recolor a point already exiting in the plot) without effecting the
others? 

I hope you can help me :)
