[vtkusers] What is the difference between vtkGenericStreamTracer and vtkStreamLines?

Hi

I have been using vtkStreamLines, but now see there is another class, 
which seems to provide the same functionality.
What is the difference between vtkGenericStreamTracer and vtkStreamLines?

Any speed differences?
