[vtkusers] How to detect mouse events on a vtkAxis from vtkPlotXY?

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out what the best way is to detect that a user clicked
on one of the Axis in a vtkPlotXY. What is the proper way of doing this?
I see that vtkAxis inherits virtual mouse events methods but I don't think
there is a way of overwriting these for a vtkPlotXY.
