[vtkusers] ncvalues.h (from vtknetcdf) is not installed

Dear vtkusers,

I am using the netcdf library which is part of vtk (version 5.8.0). The problem is that the file vtknetcdf/cxx/ncvalues.h is not installed. But this header is needed by netcdfcpp.h

I had a look at vtknetcdf/CMakeLists.txt and saw that only the .h files in vtknetcdf/include are installed.

So my question is, is this intended or is it a bug?
