[vtkusers] Installing VTK 5.8 on Windows 7 Environment

If you want these (useful for testing and maybe examples) download vtk
data from the download page. Extract that somewhere on your system and
in cmake-gui change the NotFound to point to where you put the data. I
am not sure large data is downloadable like this however it is in the
git sources if you want to check that out.
