[vtkusers] Where is the data directory in the distribution?

 I can't find the directory sub-tree .../Data/headsq. I've looked in the
vtk-5.8.0 directory and in some of the sub-directories. I'm wondering if I
need to download another .zip file OR is it some place that I haven't
looked.

Sorry for such a dumb question.
